Arthur Fils recorded a dominant 55-minute win on Sunday at the Miami Open presented by Itau, where he cruised past Stefanos Tsitsipas 6-0, 6-1.
Tsitsipas, a former World No. 3, had reached the third round after upsetting fifth seed Alex de Minaur. But Fils proved too strong and gave him no chance to settle in the contest.
The 21-year-old Frenchman has been in strong form since returning from a back injury that forced him to end his 2025 season following Toronto. He made his return to the Tour in Montpellier last month and has since reached the final in Doha and the quarter-finals at Indian Wells.
With the victory, Fils improved to 5-0 in his Lexus ATP Head2Head series against Tsitsipas.
The Frenchman will face 2025 Rolex Shanghai Masters champion Valentin Vacherot in the fourth round. Vacherot defeated Matteo Berrettini 7-6(5), 6-4 in their third-round clash.
