New Orleans Pelicans interim head coach James Borrego likes what he’s seen from two-way guard Bryce McGowens over the last couple of games as a starter (averaging 14.0 PPG/5.5 RPG/3.0 APG/1.0 SPG/0.5 TOV/3.5 PF/45.8% FG/50.0% 3-PT/50.0% FT/29.5 MPG).

(via New Orleans Pelicans):
“He’s been great. His ability to get downhill, make plays. He’s an aggressive downhill driver. He’s making plays for his teammates. I like his size and length on the ball defensively. And overall, he’s just competing. Every time he’s on the floor, good things happen.”
