The NBA has officially announced the postponement of the upcoming game between the Houston Rockets and Atlanta Hawks, which was originally scheduled to take place on Saturday at State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
This decision comes in response to the ongoing severe weather conditions affecting the Atlanta area, including hazardous icy conditions that have persisted for several days.
With these dangerous weather patterns creating unsafe travel and playing conditions, the league prioritized the safety and well-being of players, fans, and staff, leading to the postponement of the matchup.
The NBA stated that a rescheduled date for the game will be determined and announced at a later time.
